WE AREN’T COVERS OF OTHER ARTISTS HANDYWORK.

WE ARE HUMANS BEING.

FINDING FREEDOM IN THE VOID.

When we are grommets we are like little empty art books.

Over the years the people in our lives, consciously or not add colours and lines and their own designs to our books.

This isn’t a lecture on how we all need healing. This isn’t about looking for someone to blame for our experiences.
This is just a fact of life. One that when a shift of perspective can be cultivated with a daily reminders, can set you free!
Its about stepping back from actually believing the stories we tell about ourselves over and over, with our words, our actions and most importantly in the way we speak to ourselves when no one else can hear us.
Its about detaching from the story without denying or resisting any experiences altogether or the other extreme being in a state of victimhood and blame.

Theres this fucking amazing veil right there in between it all.
A veil that holds for us our right to breathing space. To self nurture. To feel respected. To be validated and TO RE CREATE OUR STORY.

I have been fascinated with this veil, this void of the spectacular space in between things for many years.  Its why i am so passionate about being really conscious and present for people at birth and at death.
Its why Im committed my life to to holding space for humans being when the veil is thin, fragile or has been forgotten.
To bring in my favourite Essential Oils, teach people how to use them to move into this space, to reconnect people with their true essence, before and while their art book was being designed.

Like everything in life too much of anything isn’t always a great thing.
I enjoy this veil a lot and feel like sometimes i can hide out there a little too long. Its cosy!
When this happens i gently invite my child self out to gently move, sing, breathe and play.
This veil is my healing place, my connection to life, my creative space and I truly believe its a better option for me than feeling that my multifaceted states of being and the intensity of them all should be categorised or labeled with loaded words, labels that essentially are designed for society to feel more secure to respond to the darkness of the human condition.

This is why i can listen to sad songs and be blissfully fucking estatic…
then 5 min later i can listen to intense upbeat ‘happy’ music and feel like crying!
Lucky i am able to have a healthy sense of humour here in this safe breathing space..

This is why music speaks volumes for me where the words fail…

ALL HUMAN EMOTIONS ARE BEAUTIFUL…
JUST MAKE SURE YOU ARE RE TELLING A VERSION OF YOURSELF THAT YOU ARE HAPPY WITH OR ARE IN THE PROCESS OF CREATING

I love you humans being.
